    Eating healthy and sensible is better than any diet; it needs to be a lifestyle change, not a fad. Diet by itself is not enough tho; you need a good work out too. The best “celeb” workout I’ve done so far is Barry’s Bootcamp (actual location, not DVD). It’s a tough work out but beauty is pain.
